7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting and reporting obligations. Our general retention periods are as follows:

  • Customer transaction records: 7 years from the date of the transaction, to comply with HMRC and accounting requirements.
  • Enquiries and quote requests that did not result in a booking: 12 months from the date of the enquiry.
  • Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn, plus 2 years thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
  • Website analytics data: 26 months.
  • CCTV footage (where applicable at our premises): 31 days.

When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.
